This week I wish to be fabulous! Enough of slouching on the couch, enough of eating when not hungry, enough! Enough! Enough! Enough!
I’ll be going to a wedding this weekend. The last time I was at a wedding was about 7 years ago. So I’m looking forward to rocking a fabulous dress and wearing some gorgeous heels!
Believe. My word for the week last week served me well. I started the coaching program for my first paying client! So I have given him a hefty discount, and there’s a lot of work that goes into each session, but it is a start. And of course, I can hardly wait to see the difference that my coaching will make to his life!
My cousin from London called me today. She is urging me to register for a clean eating program run by Herbalife. It’s a 3 month program; no salt, no sugar, no white carbs coupled with an exercise regime. She lost 10kgs and dropped two dress sizes. It’s winter next month in South Africa. It will be tough.
On the other hand, I have been doing well with intermittent fasting. Most days I have fasted closer to 17 or 18 hours. But I am eating far too much in the 6 hour eating window. Mainly because my hands and mind has been very idle this past week. So trips to the kitchen in the afternoons have been more frequent than usual. And I have seen no weight loss. So clearly some changes have to be made.
This week my goal is to cut out all white carbs before the wedding. I want to feel fabulous so I will do it!
